Bevin Keely LMP, SIP, SEP
In my practice I seek to foster a climate of inclusion of all people regardless of age, ethnicity, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. It is my intention to create a safe container in which healing work can occur.
I completed the Professional Licensing Program at the Brenneke School of Massage (Seattle, WA) in 1993, and was licensed by the State of Washington shortly thereafter. I began my practice in the heart of the city that same year, next door to a longtime Rolfer® (Ron McComb), who took me under his wing and showed me the wisdom of his craft. Before long I was on my way to the Guild for Structural Integration (Boulder, CO), where I completed their Basic Training in January of 1997.
In 2008 I was certified in Rolf Movement Integration by the Associação Brasileira de Rolfing® after a delightful month of study on the island of Santa Catarina in Brazil. My teacher there, Lael Katherine Keen, inspired me to pursue a certificate as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, which I received in 2012.
Experience has been my most important teacher, given graciously by all of those whose lives I have been allowed to touch. I am honored to share that knowledge with you as my education continues, serving the greater good, one embodied being at a time.
